We’re growing across Africa, and we are looking for Business Development Managers to lead that growth on the ground.

 

The role

 

📍 4 positions — one based in each of Angola · Mozambique · Republic of Congo · Gabon

You will be the face of ES-KO in your market, driving new-client acquisition for our Catering and Facility Management services across the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Business & Industry sectors. Your mission: find the opportunities, build the relationships, and turn them into long-term contracts.

 

What you’ll do

Identify and win new business with oil & gas, mining and industrial operators in your country

Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from prospecting to signed contract

Develop trusted relationships with client’s procurement, operations and site-management decision-makers, organize on-site visits

Lead commercial and tender negotiations, working closely with our proposal managers and operations teams

Represent ES-KO at client events, networking events and promote the brand whenever possible

Track competitors and feed market intelligence back to the business

 

What you bring

Proven B2B business development or sales experience — ideally in catering, facility management, remote-site services, or selling into oil & gas / mining / manufacturing / industry 

An established network among operators, EPC contractors and industrial clients in your country

Strong commercial instinct and a genuine hunter mentality

Fluency in the local business language (Portuguese for Angola & Mozambique / French for Congo & Gabon) plus working English, our corporate language

Willingness to travel to remote sites, and the legal right to work in the country of the role
